Our history

Years ago we set out to put the healthiest fish possible on the tables of Mexico. To do this, we embarked on a highly technical project that led us to vertically integrate the entire process:

Control of the reproduction of the fingerlings, guaranteeing the avoidance of the use of hormones.
Control of raw materials, grains and nutrients to be used for our own food production plant.
Our networks in Lake Malpaso, with extensive areas in the second largest body of water in the entire country, with excellent water quality.

After arduous efforts, thanks to all the TAIAB workers, today we can finally bring this fish to your table with pride.
